NO REFUNDS- Our cupcakes and baked goods are made fresh daily to sell out. Please enjoy on the day of purchase and keep refrigerated*. Our recipes produce unique flavors and textures that are enjoyed by many. Freshness and quality control is always on top of our list. If our flavors and/or textures are not to your liking, we are not offended. We welcome you to support another establishment that better suits your taste buds. DESSERT FIRST!

PAYMENT TERMS - Full payment is required by due dates stated on the invoice payment schedule to complete your booking request. Failure to complete payments in a timely manner will result in forfeit of any deposits made and the booking request.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY - 50% refund if cancellation request is confirmed at least 14 days before the booked date. No refund if cancellation is confirmed less than 14 days and more than 3 days* before the booked date, however, booking may be rescheduled for another available date with a re-booking fee. *Any cancellation and/or reschedule request made less than 72 hours prior to the set booked date will result in the booking being forfeited entirely. NO EXCEPTIONS!

ORDER ONLINE- Order pickup time slot must be selected at the time of checkout. Please adhere to your selected time slot. There is a 30 minute grace period from your selected time to pickup. After the grace period, orders will be marked as a "NO SHOW' cancellation with NO REFUNDS and NO RESCHEDULING*

 

*Rescheduling may be accommodated if we are provided with at least 24 hours notice. However, pickup availability and location may vary due to the nature of our mobile business.
